Singer and actor IU (32, born Lee Ji-eun), who gained popularity through the Netflix series 'When Life Gives You Tangerines,' has become a 10 million YouTuber.

The number of subscribers to IU's official YouTube channel 'Lee Ji-geum' surpassed 10 million on the 6th.

IU uploaded a video to celebrate this achievement, saying, "I have become a diamond button YouTuber," and expressed, "I will strive to be a YouTuber that creates even more entertaining content. I would like to thank once again the 10 million subscribers for their support."

IU, who opened her YouTube channel in February 2017, has introduced various segments such as 'IU's Palette,' where she collaborates with other artists to decorate stages, and vlogs. To date, she has uploaded a total of 407 videos, with total accumulated views of about 3.4 billion.
