On the broadcast of MBC's 'Homes' on the 10th (Thursday), hosted by Jeong Dahy, Kim Munseob, So Inji, Kim Wancheol, and Heo Juyun, broadcaster Hyeonyoung and model-cum-broadcaster Heo Seongbeom will head to Daechi-dong for a location shoot.

This episode will take place in the representative educational district of South Korea, the Daechi-dong academy area, primarily for work purposes. The Bok team will feature broadcaster Hyeonyoung, known as the 'super mom' of the entertainment industry, as its representative, while the Deok team will have broadcaster Heo Seongbeom, known as the 'gifted student' from a prestigious school, and Yang Sechan as representatives.

Park Narae noted, "There is a saying that 'real estate = educational district.' It shows just how much the educational district influences real estate." She continued, "Among the representative educational districts of Seoul, Daechi-dong has the highest density of institutes. The area occupied by the educational industry accounts for about 61% of the total area excluding apartments, roads, and hills."

Kim Sook explained the purpose of the show, stating, "In Daechi-dong, there are various occupations, not just students but also self-employed individuals and instructors. We will explore the diverse work opportunities in South Korea's educational hub, Daechi-dong."

Before the main location shoot, Hyeonyoung, who appeared in the studio, shared the secret behind being called the 'super mom' of Songdo, saying, "I have two children, one aged 13 and the other 8. I tend to work hard at everything, so I raise my children in a tailored manner." When the crew sang Hyeonyoung's hit song 'Nunna's Dream,' she responded, "That's right. I want to be a nuna for life~" making everyone laugh.

Joo Woojae introduced Heo Seongbeom as, "an elite from a gifted school and KAIST. He is South Korea's representative gifted student." When the crew asked about his college entrance exam scores, Heo Seongbeom stated, "I didn’t take the college entrance exam to get into university. My IQ is measured at 151, which was the maximum at the time," surprising everyone.

In answering a question about when he first became interested in studying, he confessed, "From the first grade, I hated making mistakes on study materials. I couldn’t accept that I didn’t know something," surprising everyone.

Heo Seongbeom also shared his thoughts about Jang Dongmin, who appeared in the brain survival show alongside him, saying, "I've seen countless geniuses in my life, but he is an entirely different type of remarkable genius. He establishes a perfect strategy in just one explanation of the game rules," showing his admiration.

For the work exploration in Daechi-dong, Hyeonyoung, who was out on the main street of Daechi-dong, said, "As a mother of two children, I have also gone through this area in Daechi-dong. Today, I will diligently explore based on my real experiences." Heo Seongbeom also mentioned, "Although I am not from Daechi-dong, I am from Daegu's Suseong-gu, where private education is active. I will work hard during the exploration."

The work exploration in Daechi-dong, South Korea's educational hub, will be revealed on MBC's 'Homes' at 10 p.m. on Thursday, the 10th.
