Kang Ye-won credits youthful looks to eating one meal daily at 5 PM

Kang Ye-won recently sparked interest by confessing her eating habit of having one meal a day.

Kang Ye-won appeared on the TV Chosun program 'The Dining Guest: Heo Young-man's White Rice Journey' that aired on the 6th, saying, "I originally eat only one meal. I tend to eat a lot in one meal, around 5 p.m.," and Heo Young-man joked, "Did you know that before inviting her as a guest?"
