Immediately after the broadcast, Lee Soo-kyung not only rose to trending search terms on various portal sites, but also ranked 10th on the Good Data Corporation's Fundex chart in the non-drama participant topic category (3rd week of March) announced on March 25. In response to this interest, Lee Soo-kyung expressed gratitude in a written interview, saying, "Although I had many concerns about showing my honest daily life, it was rewarding to be able to give viewers empathy and comfort."
He said, "Once I decided to show 'Lee Soo-kyung' instead of the actor in the drama, I felt more at ease," adding, "I’m happy that I’ve become closer to my fans thanks to 'Solo Life.'" Regarding the nickname 'Isulkyung,' Lee Soo-kyung shared, "It’s fascinating and I’m enjoying it that many people keep calling me that," revealing a laid-back attitude. Q. You publicly shared your solo life for the first time through 'Solo Life.' What made you decide to appear?
A. I had a lot of concerns about whether it was right to share my ordinary daily life. However, I thought it would be nice to show my honest side just once, so I decided to appear.
Q. After the broadcast of 'real life' on 'Solo Life,' what was the reaction around you?
A. Some were worried, saying my usual self came through too clearly. On the other hand, I was grateful that many people said, "It was fun to watch."
Q. The nickname 'Isulkyung' has become a major topic. Do you feel that your solo life was well represented? Any memorable reactions?
A. Since my daily life was captured so naturally, it seems the nickname 'Isulkyung' became an issue. I find it fascinating and enjoy it that many people continue to call me that.
Q. In your current solo life, are there any precious or lonely moments?
A. I try to value each day I spend alone as much as possible. However, being apart from my family still feels regretful and lonely.
Q. After appearing on 'Solo Life,' are there any changes you've noticed?
A. Nothing has particularly changed in my environment, but I’m having a great time thanks to the attention from many people.
Q. You boldly revealed everything from a bare face to real daily life. Did you feel any burden?
A. It would be a lie to say I didn't feel any pressure about showing my true self, rather than the character from the drama. However, once I decided to show 'myself as I am,' I actually became more comfortable.
Q. I heard you will show different sides of yourself in future broadcasts. What can we expect from Lee Soo-kyung?
A. I would like to show how I communicate with people around me. I have a lot of interests in various fields, so I hope to show my learning and direct challenges in things I've wanted to try.

A. I sincerely thank you for your many interests and support.
