Comedian Park Sung-kwang's wife, Lee Sol, shared her daily routine focused on health.

On the 8th, Lee Sol posted on her personal channel that she feels she has been eating too much fatty food lately, including fried foods, stir-fried dishes, and snacks, noting that she seems to have gained weight around her thighs and arms.

Recently revealing news of her battle with female cancer, Lee Sol also recommended the tempura rice bowl she had for lunch, saying it was "perfectly delicious." In response, the followers on her channel expressed concern, urging her to eat healthily.

Trying to reassure her followers, Lee Sol posted a photo of herself exercising, adding that she plans to focus on steaming, healthy home-cooked meals, protein, and vegetables for the time being. "Let’s do this together!" she wrote, indicating she will pay attention to her diet in addition to exercising.

Meanwhile, Lee Sol and Park Sung-kwang got married in 2020. The couple gained attention by sharing their newlywed life through SBS's "Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny."
