Damon Wayans Sr. reveals he dated nephew's ex-girlfriend on podcast

Hollywood star draws attention by saying he dated his nephew's ex-girlfriend.

Actor and comedian Damon Wayans Sr. (64) recently appeared on the podcast 'Club Shay Shay' and mentioned a unique ex-girlfriend.

During the grants on the podcast, Damon admitted that he once dated his nephew's ex-girlfriend.

However, he noted that he only learned she had previously dated his nephew after he was smitten with her at first sight.

He said, "I fell for her, that was the problem," and asked the host if he had ever experienced something like that. The host replied, "No, I have never done anything like that. Those things are off-limits in a family."

Damon then defended himself by saying, "It wasn't like my nephew and that woman fell in love."

He said that his relationship began around 2002 after divorcing his wife in 2000, with whom he married in 1984. Damon noted that the uncomfortable fact alone couldn't prevent him from dating the woman. He got his nephew's approval before continuing the relationship, but later confessed that family gatherings became awkward.

He also said to defend himself that it was because of California's "small dating pool."

Meanwhile, Damon has four children with his ex-partner. He has appeared in movies such as 'Beverly Hills Cop' (1984), 'Roxanne' (1987), 'The Last Boy Scout' (1991), 'White Hero' (1996), and the show 'Saturday Night Live' (1985-86), 'Happy Ending' (2011), 'Lethal Weapon' (2016-19).
