Former NRG member Noh Yoo-min shared his recent news about hitting it big with his cafe.

On the 5th, a video titled "The man who was a famous idol singer. The reason he works at a cafe" was uploaded on the 'Moneymentary' channel.

That day, Noh Yoo-min shared his daily life running the cafe. He mentioned that he has been in the cafe business for about 15 years, stating, "It has become a part of my daily life." When asked about his current situation, he explained, "I am doing broadcasts, running the cafe, and dieting. After getting married, my original business was broadcasting, but it changed as I began managing the cafe alongside it. Now, the cafe is my main job, and broadcasting is my side income."

When asked, "Is there only one cafe?" Noh Yoo-min revealed, "I originally operated three directly managed stores, but after organizing them, I purchased this building."

The cafe that was later revealed caught attention for its spacious size. Noh Yoo-min said, "It is a warehouse-style cafe. This is where we do coffee roasting. Here, we have the hottest products these days. I review these products and set them up for display so that customers can come and check them out. I have displayed all the products I have reviewed so far, which costs over a million won. It seems to be a little under two million won. This machine alone is 380 million won," he explained, surprising many.

He explained, "This coffee roaster is my first roaster that I used for roasting. It is not in use now, so I have displayed it symbolically. This is the roasting workspace, and this is the most expensive roaster, costing around 70 million won." He added, "There are about three staff members assisting, but when I have a schedule or external activities, customers come and look for me a lot. So, my wife and I decided that when I have external activities or appointments, we shouldn't open this store at all."

Upon hearing, "That's a big decision," Noh Yoo-min responded, "It's possible because I’m a landlord." He said, "Just the equipment here costs over one hundred million won. Everything inside is worth that much. This is an automatic brewing machine developed domestically. When I save a recipe, it lights up and brews automatically, offering a hand-dripped coffee. This costs 18.4 million won. Basic good quality products all cost over a million won," he stated. When asked, "Is there anything left after having so many expensive products?" he replied, "We make money from education and delivery events."

Noh Yoo-min also recalled the tough moments he faced while managing the cafe. He said, "After opening, I felt a lot of stress. I couldn't do anything. I didn't even have time to eat. Because the cafe can't smell like food, I had to hide and eat quietly in the warehouse. This was to survive. I felt a sense of self-loathing and despair. I thought, what am I doing here? It's like a prison without bars. Even if I want to leave, I can't go while it's operating. And I'm the owner. I’m not a part-timer or an employee, so if any schedule falls through, I have to fill in, making it seem like I have to be there constantly. There was no other way," he expressed.

He continued, "And whenever I go somewhere, there are accidents at the store. There would be leaks, power outages, or difficult customers. There were a lot of incidents while running the cafe. Couples wouldn’t leave after eating. I remember hearing about a foreign object being found in the drink while a parent was bringing their child around. It even happened in our store. There shouldn’t have been any foreign objects in the drink. My wife makes scones by hand, and a stone was found. A stone shouldn’t have been part of the manufacturing process. It turned out a stone from a flower pot in the restroom was bitten by the child. At that time, there was only one employee. I said to wait a moment as I was going; that person kept asking for cash deposits," he recounted.

Noh Yoo-min recalled, "I went to apologize in person and said I would take them to the hospital, but I was about 15 minutes away, and maybe they were anxious. They ran away, fearing the police might come. I’m putting my name on the line, and I think it’s right to apologize face to face. I told them I would arrive within 15 minutes, but they left after looking around for about 10 minutes. The next week, they appeared in the investigation segment on the news. It was the same person. I was shocked to see this happen again," he recalled.
