K-pop fandom platform developer STAYGE Labs said on the 27th that it will conduct a pre-voting for the music program 'Inkigayo' aimed at global K-pop fans in collaboration with SBS.
STAYGE Labs and SBS are期待ing this collaboration to also contribute to the global influence expansion of SBS Inkigayo. The pre-voting will be conducted through the fandom platform 'LiNC' developed by STAYGE Labs starting March 31.
STAYGE Labs is an IT corporation with experience in building and operating K-pop fandom platforms and real-time voting systems, having developed and operated large global voting systems such as 'Mnet Plus', 'MAMA', and 'Boys Planet'.
LiNC is a fandom platform for K-pop fans, allowing them to communicate directly with artists through real-time community and private messaging features. Additionally, real-time interaction is possible through interactive live and 1:1 video call functionalities.
The platform also has a reward system to encourage fan participation. Fans can earn points through voting, chatting, and sharing on social networking services (SNS), and a real-time multilingual translation function enables them to enjoy content without language barriers.
Baek Myung-hyun, CEO of STAYGE Labs, noted, "Based on technology specialized for K-pop fandom platforms, we aim to provide a more enjoyable participation experience for global fans," adding, "Through collaboration with SBS Inkigayo, we expect to further activate the global K-pop community."
