As Kim Yoon-ah of the group Jaurim revealed that she had received an IV at the hospital, she surprised fans with news of another health concern just about two weeks later.

Previously, last year, Jaurim's representatives noted, "We are informing you that news regarding the health of Jaurim member Kim Yoon-ah is being reported" and explained, "Kim Yoon-ah has a congenital immune disorder and manages her personal health status carefully with regular examinations and treatments every month."

She continued, "This is not related to brain paralysis and does not significantly hinder her activities as an artist," adding, "I will continue to interact with fans through active participation in the future." Kim Yoon-ah confessed that she had been battling brain paralysis during her appearance in the "Sebasi Talk" last July and revealed that she still experiences aftereffects of the paralysis.

Amid this, on March 17, she shared a photo of herself receiving an IV, saying, "20240314 is Battery Day," which raised concerns among her fans. The day after, on the 5th, she revealed, "April 4, 2025, was Battery Day, and with my blood pressure at an unprecedented low (80/50, am I a zombie?), I couldn't open my eyes while lying down, and I faintly heard someone in the hospital saying 'It worked' from a distance," sharing news of being hospitalized again after about three weeks.

Meanwhile, Kim Yoon-ah posted, "Whether due to the effects of treatment, low blood pressure, or a blessing of relief, I've had a two-day 21-hour relay sleep. I finally came to my senses," as fans expressed their support for her deteriorating condition with comments like, "Wishing you a speedy recovery," "I was surprised again," and "I can't wait to see you perform, sis."

Kim Yoon-ah also stated, "In any case, living life is not a given but a precious thing. Now I can work on songs and promote performances," making a promise to her fans.
