49 days have passed since the late Kim Saeron left this world, during which her 'best friend' Kim Bora sent a letter to her friend, who loved letters, into the sky.

On the 5th, Kim Bora posted on her Instagram story, "You were 11, I was 16. The first time I met you at the audition venue, I wondered what was so amazing about me, and you chatted next to me for a long time. You became a middle school student. You became a high school student. Suddenly, you started driving around."

He continued, "Since you loved receiving letters, it was fun to write you letters on days that weren't your birthday, whether by text or handwritten notes. Looking through the photo album, I realized I felt this way at that time. My youngest, who hated the cold so much. Of all times, it’s raining again. Don’t fall, fool. Just receive the letter," expressing his affectionate feelings toward the late Kim Saeron.

This day marks the 49th day since Kim Saeron, who took her own life last February, departed from this world. The 49th ritual is a Buddhist funeral ceremony observed seven times weekly from the first week after the deceased's passing.

Kim Bora, who did not forget Kim Saeron's 49-day ritual, added, "Even if it’s said to be a relationship that can never be seen again, isn’t it good in itself that we shared a moment together?" as she missed her friend who became a star in the sky.

However, the phrase "you loved receiving letters" stands out. Currently, Kim Saeron's family strongly claims allegations of 'grooming crime,' stating that the late Kim Saeron was in a romantic relationship with Kim Soo Hyun, an adult, for six years since 2016, when she was a minor.

Additionally, it was reported that in life, Kim Saeron received a notice regarding 700 million won in damages from Kim Soo Hyun’s agency after the drunk driving incident. During this process, the personal lives of both individuals were revealed, including letters that Kim Saeron had not yet conveyed to Kim Soo Hyun.

In April of last year, Kim Saeron wrote, "Hey, Roni, are you doing well? I’m leaving this message because I want to clear up the misunderstandings between us. I couldn’t reach anyone at the company, and I was afraid of the lawsuit. I’m sorry for posting photos; they were meant to hope the company would get in touch. I apologize for causing harm. I’m scared and uncomfortable around gold medalists. No one has reached out to me since I left the company, and I don’t want to make you unhappy."

He continued, "I sincerely hope you are happy. It’s been about 5-6 years since we met. You were my first love and my last love, so I hope you don’t avoid me. Seeing you trying to avoid me and not even wanting to talk makes all this time feel empty and disheartening. Let's just get along, nothing more and nothing less, and at least be supportive of each other. Am I that disliked and hated? Why? If this letter cannot reach you either, then our relationship will truly end forever. I think that would make me sad."

In particular, Kim Saeron expressed in her letter, "I won’t intrude on your life anymore, so please don’t hate me... I hope there will come a day when we can smile at each other. 010-xxxx-xxxx is my number; please text me back once you read this letter. I have no way to convey my sincerity. I hope my home address hasn’t changed, and that it's you reading this, not Robe. I will continue to support your work and love, and I hope our time together isn’t remembered badly."
