NCT member Ten (from SME) is continuing the streak of first places with the new song 'STUNNER.'
On April 4th, Ten ranked first in the K-Chart for the first week of April, announced on the official website of KBS2TV 'Music Bank', with the title track 'STUNNER' from his second mini-album. This not only marks his first time reaching the top of a terrestrial music broadcast after his solo debut but also earned him the title of a double champion in music broadcasts, following his earlier win on SBS M's 'The Show.'
Ten expressed gratitude by saying, "I want to thank the company staff who have worked hard to help prepare for this comeback, as well as the fans who always support me by my side. I thought this album would be a good memory for both me and the fans, and I am really glad that it seems to become a happy memory. There were many challenges in creating this album, but I was able to believe in myself and gain courage because of the fans. I will continue to show good music and performances in the future."
Additionally, Ten ranked first on the Circle Weekly Download Chart (March 23-29) with the new song 'STUNNER' announced on April 3rd, reflecting the heated response towards Ten's dynamic music world.
The title track 'STUNNER' is an R&B pop genre song that combines groovy rhythm instruments with synth sounds. The lyrics express the growing feelings towards someone who possesses unexpected charm, and listeners can experience Ten's rhythmic and delicate vocals alongside chic rap and whispers.
This album also garnered global attention, reaching first place on the iTunes Top Album Chart in 19 regions worldwide and making the Top 10 in a total of 32 regions, as well as ranking first on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and the QQ Music Digital Album Sales Chart in China.
Ten will appear on MBC's 'Show! Music Core' today (5th) and on SBS 'Inkigayo' on the 6th. He will kick off his first concert tour with performances starting in Seoul on the 12th and 13th, and he will also hold concerts in Bangkok, Shanghai, Osaka, Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Nagoya.
