In 'I Live Alone', actor Jung Jae-kwang shocked viewers by setting a remarkable walking record of '9 hours, 24.3km, and 33,984 steps'.

The episode of MBC's entertainment show 'I Live Alone' that aired on 4th revealed actor Jung Jae-kwang's endless walking time and Kian84's bike riding scene in Jeju Island.

According to the audience rating survey firm Nielsen Korea on 5th, the household rating for 'I Live Alone', which aired the previous day, was 6.8% in the metropolitan area, ranking first in its time slot and among Friday's entertainment programs. Additionally, the key 2049 rating, a major indicator for advertisers and a measure of channel competitiveness, was 3.9% (metropolitan area), also ranking first in its time slot and among all programs on Friday.

The highest-rated moment was when Jung Jae-kwang visited a vintage watch store in Dongmyo to find the perfect clock for his home (23:48). When he found a mint-colored vintage watch that matched his taste and learned how to operate it from the owner, who was confident that it was 'functioning properly', he was shocked to receive a 'malfunction' diagnosis, providing a twist and laughter that led to a peak rating of 8.4%.

In 'I Live Alone', the everyday life of actor Jung Jae-kwang, who has been active as a 'scene stealer' in various works such as 'The Outlaws 2' and 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call', was revealed. Jung, who is in his third year of living alone, has a studio apartment that harmonizes wood tones and accent furniture, providing a sense of calm that mirrors his peaceful life.

Meticulously cleaning his home and preparing breakfast with chicken breast and frozen konjac rice, Jung Jae-kwang also values self-care. He mentioned that his heaviest weight in life was '110kg' and that he currently weighs 73kg, explaining why he strictly manages his diet.

Jung Jae-kwang, who began his walking routine in earnest, walked non-stop from Donghodae Bridge over the Han River to Dongmyo, causing everyone to be amazed. The place that stopped him was the vintage watch store, where he smiled happily among the clocks marked by the passage of time.

Afterward, Jung Jae-kwang met his beloved younger brother, actor Kim Yo-han, to find good food together and started walking again for dessert. He walked for a total of 9 hours and covered 24.3km, accumulating a total of 33,984 steps.

Jung Jae-kwang noted that he had been satisfied with his busy life balancing acting and part-time jobs, but felt an emptiness inside, saying, "I realized that when my inner self becomes strong, I also become stronger. I want to live a more meaningful and solid life alone."

Meanwhile, Kian84 enjoyed bike riding in Jeju Island as he welcomed early spring. After passing through a street lined with blooming cherry blossoms and a foggy forest path, his destination was a temple that holds his father's memorial tablet. Standing in front of his father's tablet for the first time in about a year, Kian84 paid his respects with a solemn and serious demeanor.

Kian84 expressed, "Every time I get swayed by money, fame, and desires, seeing my father feels like a moment of relief," adding, "It feels like my contaminated self is being washed away." After hanging a lantern for his father and thoroughly enjoying a healthy temple bibimbap, Kian84 unexpectedly surprised everyone in the studio by revealing, "I was contacted recently about receiving a Buddhist Daesang from the Jogye Order, but I declined."

Feeling free after visiting his father, Kian84 relished the nature of Jeju while facing the driving rain and wind, fully enjoying the charms of bike riding. The place he arrived at next was 'Geumoreum'. Soaking wet from the rain, Kian84 warmed up briefly with cup noodles and hot tea before heading to the top of 'Geumoreum.'

In the mystical atmosphere created by the thick fog filling the lush forest, Kian84 marveled, saying, "It feels like walking alone in a mysterious dream." At the top of 'Geumoreum', the sight of Kian84 caught the attention of Jeon Hyun-moo, who humorously remarked, "It feels like the afterlife."

Kian84 remarked about Jeju's enchanting weather and nature, which seem hard to believe belong to the human world, saying, "This was better. It was the most mystical Jeju of my life. It was a day that was beautifully varied and perfectly Jeju."

Next week, a preview of Red Velvet Joy's 'Joyful House Filled with Home Care' and Jeon Hyun-moo's struggle with severe laryngitis titled 'Finding Mu-mu's Lost Voice' raised anticipation.
