Singer Lee Hyori revealed her weight, saying, "I have never tried dieting."

Lee Hyori appeared on KBS Radio Cool FM's 'Oh My Girl Hyojung's Volume Up' broadcast on the afternoon of the 2nd. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of 'Volume Up,' singer and songwriter Maybe served as a special DJ, with her friend Lee Hyori appearing as a guest.

That day, Lee Hyori and Maybe started the broadcast comfortably while greeting each other after six years. Later, while introducing listener stories and questions, they asked Lee Hyori about dieting.

Lee Hyori said, "I am originally built like one who doesn’t gain weight. My weight is 53kg. If I gain weight, it's 54kg; if I lose weight, it's 51kg. I haven’t changed at all." She added, "I have never tried dieting. The real problem is losing too much weight. If you look too thin or your cheeks sink in. So these days, I try to eat well. Rather, those who lose weight too much end up looking like they are gone. I am actually trying to gain weight."

Lee Hyori noted that while she has many natural advantages, there are also things she lacks. She said, "I have a dry constitution. I envy those who do not have dry skin or wrinkles, like Maybe."

Lee Hyori also remarked, "I was born with pretty features. I was pretty while born, but should I say that aging has progressed too quickly? Yesterday, I saw a post on a certain bulletin board where someone said, 'Kim Hee-sun looks young, and Lee Hyori looks old, right?' I admit that I don’t look young anymore."

Meanwhile, Lee Hyori also mentioned her sweet married life with her husband, singer Lee Sang-soon. When asked for her "know-how to avoid fights," she replied, "I haven’t had many fights at all. First of all, don't marry someone you will fight with. But I also had a partner during dating with whom I fought a lot. At that time, I thought, 'Is my personality bad? Why are we fighting like this? Can we live happily after marriage?' But it varies by person. There are some who provoke me and some who calm me down. I realized that compatibility is important."

Lee Hyori then mentioned that regarding her 'best years,' every moment counts. She noted, "If we talk about beauty, it would be during 'Yoo-go-girl.' I was too young in 'Ten Minutes,' and 'Yoo-go-girl' has a more feminine feel to it. 'Ten Minutes' had a healthier vibe."

Lee Hyori continued, "If we talk about mental peace, that would be now. In fact, now is the best time. It varies depending on what you consider the best. If the best as a popular person is 'Ten Minutes.' As a human being and as a woman, I was so happy in the early days of marriage. It's only a little change; every moment has its peak. Right now, I feel a bit peaceful, where everything is accepted and my best years can be said to be a bit spacious."

Lee Hyori moved to Seoul after living in Jeju Island with Lee Sang-soon since their marriage in 2013. She is now hosting the makeup survival program 'Top Class Makeup Survival – Just Makeup.'
