Actress Song Ji-hyo revealed the reason for launching her lingerie brand.

On the 3rd, a video titled 'Song-seo and Kim Bag' was released on the YouTube channel 'Kim Jong-kook GYM JONG KOOK.'

In the video, Kim Jong-kook visited the lingerie brand created by Song Ji-hyo with lawyer Park Min-cheol from Kim & Chang Law Firm. 'CEO' Song Ji-hyo introduced her staff, saying, "It turns out Kim Jong-kook is a celebrity. When he said he was coming, it caused a stir." Song Ji-hyo's office was spacious, equipped with a ping pong table as well. Song Ji-hyo explained, "I bought it because the older brothers never let me join."

In Song Ji-hyo's representative office made of glass, various samples, including the first samples of lingerie she had created, caught the eye. Song Ji-hyo expressed her passion for business, stating, "It means not to lose my beginner's mindset." In particular, the nameplate for the CEO had only 'Su-yeon,' missing her family name 'Cheon,' which drew laughter. The staff noted, "The CEO comes to work every day," proving Song Ji-hyo's 'hard work.'

After introducing the main products, Song Ji-hyo said, "Can't you see how detail-oriented I was in the production?" Lawyer Park Min-cheol responded, "Of course, there must have been procedures like registering for telemarketing, and you need to provide accurate information. If anything stated in ads is even slightly incorrect, it can become a problem. If accurate information is not provided, it will always be an issue, so the CEO needs to keep track of that." To this, Kim Jong-kook asked, "If it becomes a problem, does the CEO go to jail?" Park replied, "The CEO has to take responsibility; who else would?" Song Ji-hyo confidently stated, "That's why I am looking at everything very closely."

When launching her lingerie brand, Song Ji-hyo explained about the photos she posted on social media, saying, "I intended to promote it. I wanted to show that I made it and that I wear it myself. I worked out to maintain my figure and edited the photos slightly."

In particular, Song Ji-hyo shared the reason for launching her lingerie brand, stating, "I've been thinking about this steadily for eight years, checking fabrics, and even going to Dongdaemun to source materials. I tried doing it alone. Sewing is a hobby, but when I thought about the level of completion in selling it, I realized I couldn't do it alone, so I started a company. I haven't spoken about that process. To spread the word felt somewhat embarrassing, and it seemed like I was showing off."

She continued, "The lingerie I show is nice for events, but I wanted the ones I wear daily to be my first choice, comfortable and well-fitting. I thought I should create something that provides comfort while supporting my body, so I chose lingerie."

Song Ji-hyo reacted sensitively regarding returns, stating, "When a return comes in, the product must be intact, but if it is shaken, skin flakes fall like snow. But if the label is not removed, do I have to change it?" Lawyer Park Min-cheol advised, "When selling items online, there's a legal requirement to accept returns within seven days. If the item is damaged or its value has significantly decreased, you can refuse to cancel the order, but that part is always a point of dispute." In response, Song Ji-hyo shared, "I haven't had returns due to defects in the product."
