Fans of singer Son Tae-jin have come together to support disaster relief for wildfire victims.

The Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on the 3rd that Son Tae-jin's official fan cafe 'SonShine' donated 101,664,185 won for wildfire relief efforts.

Fans of singer Son Tae-jin have consistently shown interest in overcoming domestic disaster damage through donations during the floods in 2023 and 2024. With this donation for wildfire relief, they have engaged in charitable acts for three consecutive years, exceeding a total of 190 million won in cumulative donations.

Fan cafe members noted, "Hearing about the artist's efforts to spread positive influence, we wanted to join in voluntarily. It is heartbreaking that the wildfire damage is so severe. We hope to help a little in the recovery of the displaced people's daily lives."

Shin Hoon, Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, stated, "I hope the warm sharing created by singer Son Tae-jin and his fans spreads into a positive donation culture in our society. I sincerely thank the fans who continuously express their hearts for neighbors impacted by disasters."

In the meantime, Hope Bridge is currently providing over 440,000 relief supplies to the wildfire-affected areas, including relief kits, shelter partitions, blankets, daily necessities, water, and food. Various on-site relief activities, including laundry support in shelters, are also ongoing.

The Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association is a disaster relief fundraising organization established in 1961 by media outlets and social organizations nationwide. Its main activities include emergency disaster relief, fundraising and distribution of public donations, community recovery after disasters, and support for vulnerable groups affected by disasters. To date, it has supported 1.6 trillion won in donations and more than 60 million relief supplies.
