Actor Cha Eun-woo will meet audiences for his first leading role in a film.
On the 3rd, his agency Fantagio announced, "Cha Eun-woo has confirmed his appearance in the movie 'First Ride' (working title) after recently receiving an offer."
'First Ride' depicts the story of four friends, who have built a long friendship, turning 30 and embarking on their first overseas trip together. Previously, Kang Ha-neul was reported to be positively considering his appearance, while Cha Eun-woo raised expectations by being named as the lead.
Cha Eun-woo is currently filming the Netflix series 'The Wonderfuls.' 'The Wonderfuls' is a comic action adventure about local underdogs who gain superpowers due to an unexpected incident during 1999 when apocalyptic theories prevailed, fighting against villains threatening the peace of Haeseong City. Park Eun-bin, Kim Hae-sook, Choi Dae-hoon, and Lim Sung-jae are among the cast.
