Q. It's been about a year since you released your mini album 'COLOURS' and now you're presenting a solo single. How do you feel?
A. I always feel excited about presenting new music. I wanted to show you what I've prepared as soon as possible.
Q. Could you briefly introduce the single 'WANT' and share some listening points?
A. 'WANT' can simply be described as 'a spring song that shouts.' It's a song that embodies the mood of spring while being energetic, perfect for pleasant weather and uplifting feelings, and it's easy to listen to anytime and anywhere.
Q. What should we pay attention to in the performance of 'WANT', and could you introduce some key choreography?
A. I think you should pay attention to the cute killing point where the expression is 'wink!' There's also a part in the chorus where we joyfully jump around, and since it's an easy and fun choreography that anyone can follow along with, I hope it receives a lot of interest!
Q. Through the teasing content, you portrayed the characters 'nerd' and 'secret partner.' What kind of expressions did you want to convey?
A. The 'secret partner' Solar coaches the 'nerd' Solar in love, enabling the 'nerd' Solar to gain confidence and courage to advance toward the person they love.
Q. The preview video with magic-like tricks was impressive. Was there a fun episode during the filming?
A. Because we used a lot of editing tricks, I actually wondered, 'Will it come out as intended?' But when I saw the completed video, I exclaimed 'Wow!' because it turned out so well that I couldn't stop watching it. I think it's a music video that really bursts with dopamine, so I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's reactions!
Q. Please say a word to your fans, Yongsoon, who have been waiting for your music.
A. There are many Yongsoon fans who have been waiting for my new song, and I'm delighted to present a bright and exciting track that suits spring. I wanted to convey a positive message to Yongsoon. I’m always grateful, and let's enjoy the 'WANT' activities together!
