Broadcaster Jo Jung-sik has signed an exclusive contract with SM C&C.

SM C&C noted, "We are delighted to be working with broadcaster Jo Jung-sik, who has a passion for laughter and a smooth-talking ability. We will spare no effort to support him in showcasing his capabilities."

Jo Jung-sik joined SBS as an announcer in 2012 after passing the national competition of the 18th class, and he has been active as a representative announcer of SBS, instilling stability in programs across various fields including culture, sports commentary, radio DJ, and entertainment. Later, Jo Jung-sik expanded his stage to YouTube, making a mark as the vibrant host with overflowing talent on SBS Mobidic channel's "Jessie's Shoterview," "Jung-sik's Request," and "Why Not Crew" Seasons 1 and 2.

In 2023, Jo Jung-sik declared his independence and caught attention by unexpectedly releasing the audio and music video for his self-composed song "Chulsapyoro." His top-notch singing and rapping skills are a given; the message expressing his aspirations for "resignation" garnered a groundbreaking response during the era of self-promotion. In the MBC program "Radio Star" after his resignation, he showcased refreshing personal talents and entertaining skills that even amazed the MCs, earning praise as a potential "professional entertainer."

Last year, Jo Jung-sik was selected as the first DJ from another broadcasting station for KBS Cool FM's "Jo Jung-sik's FM Daehangjin," where he interacts with listeners every day from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Notably, in his first year as a DJ, he was honored with the DJ of the Year award at the 2024 KBS Entertainment Awards.

As the universally gifted MC and broadcaster Jo Jung-sik and SM C&C, which boasts the best management system and artists in the country, embark on a new beginning, expectations and interest in the synergy they will show in the future are particularly high.

SM C&C, which has signed an exclusive contract with broadcaster Jo Jung-sik, a former announcer, includes numerous entertainers and actors such as Kang Ho-dong, Jeon Hyun-moo, Seo Jang-hoon, Han Suk-jun, Kim Soo-ro, and Lee Hak-joo.
