Writer Kim Eun-sook of 'The Glory' praised Song Hye-kyo's acting.

During the MBC program 'Questions from Son Seok-hee' that aired on 1st, Kim Eun-sook mentioned her hit works and noted, "The scene I was worried about whether the actress would accept was the 'Bravo, You're Awesome, Yeon-jin' scene from 'The Glory.' But it gave me chills. I thought, 'We can raise the tension that much,' so I gave high praise to actress Song Hye-kyo," praising the lead actor Song Hye-kyo.

In response, Song Hye-kyo recalled, "That scene was in the middle of filming. I was fully immersed in Dong-eun at that time. I acted as I felt on set, without realizing it, I became Moon Dong-eun in that moment. I acted based on how I felt from the script and how I felt on set."

She continued, "A few days later, I received a call from writer Kim Eun-sook. I was worried that she called because she didn't like something, but she said the scene was great, and I was so happy to hear that," smiling brightly.

Lim Ji-yeon, who played Park Yeon-jin and opposed Song Hye-kyo, said, "I thought that scene was the highlight. It’s dialogue that only the writer could think of. The writer expresses it wittily in a cheerful atmosphere. The psychological portrayal of the characters is brief yet feels complete. I felt it must have been created considering real people in the dialogue."
