They requested, “Fans remember well the sincere acting activities and warm image that actor Kim Soo-hyun has shown until now. Therefore, at this point, we sincerely hope that he will come forward directly to clarify the facts and clearly express his position.”

Furthermore, they noted, “Actor Kim Soo-hyun, during an interview while filming the drama 'Moon Embracing the Sun,' once stated his motto as, ‘Let’s see the whole. Let’s broaden our perspective. Let’s look at the picture.’ Even at this moment, like that promise, we hope he will reflect on himself, face the situation with a broad perspective, and meet the public with sincerity.”

Additionally, they stated, “Fans are cautiously looking forward to actor Kim Soo-hyun showing a more mature sense of responsibility through this controversy and continuing his path in the long run. We earnestly request that actor Kim Soo-hyun conveys the truth in his own voice through a press conference and sincerely explains the allegations that have arisen.”

The Garosero Research Institute alleged on the 10th that Kim Soo-hyun had been in a relationship with the late Kim Sae-ron since she was a minor at 15 years old for about six years. To this, Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, immediately issued an official response, stating it was a “clear falsehood.”
