Actor Lee Mi-do shone with a special appearance.

Mi-do announced a strong entrance as the character Misook, who runs a secondhand shop, in the Netflix series 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' (written by Lim Sang-chun and directed by Kim Won-seok).

'When Life Gives You Tangerines' unravels the adventurous lives of Aesun Oh (played by IU), a 'feisty rebel' born in Jeju, and Gwan-sik Yang (played by Park Bo-gum), a 'simpleton,' across the four seasons.

The lives of these two youths are translated into the stories of all of us living in the present, moving viewers to tears with each episode. In this, the character Misook, played by Lee Mi-do, plays a significant role in enlivening the atmosphere of the drama with each appearance.

Misook first appears in the 5th episode. While dancing the 'social dance,' Misook is hurriedly covering her face as she gets caught on site, but moments later, she gets angry and says, "Dance is a wholesome sport." Just like Misook's large hoop earrings, Lee Mi-do demonstrated an overwhelming presence with a single line.

Later, Misook teamed up with the former fishing village chief, Buseong-gil (played by Choi Dae-hoon). With a pink-toned dress and makeup, hair, and style that perfectly recreated the 1980s sensibility, the character's immersion was heightened. Lee Mi-do, who showcased the quality of a special appearance with flawless acting, is garnering attention for her future activities.

Meanwhile, Mi-do will appear in KBS2's '24-Hour Health Club,' which premieres at 9:50 p.m. on April 30.
