Model and actress Jang Yoon-joo introduced her own morning routine.

On the 9th, the YouTube channel "Yoonju-r" posted a video titled "From reducing puffiness, weight loss, diets, to secret products, Yoonju's morning routine and her weight revealed!"

In the released video, she explained, "I sent Lisa to school and I haven't washed yet. I will show you my real morning routine. I feel like I haven't shown my true self. It's been about an hour since I woke up," presenting her realistic morning routine and "true items."

Jang Yoon-joo said, "I have had a morning routine for over 20 years. I take a shower with water every morning." She added, "Taking a warm shower helps in losing weight. Warming up the body reduces puffiness initially. Seeing the reduced weight makes me feel like I can do anything."

Before showering, Jang Yoon-joo's recorded weight was 54.9 kg, and after finishing a 5-minute shower, her weight was 54.7 kg. Jang Yoon-joo explained, "A 0.2 kg difference is significant. Depending on my condition, it can drop more."

After completing some simple stretching, Jang Yoon-joo shared, "I eat dinner around 6 p.m. I try not to eat too late." She noted, "I eat something when I'm hungry in between. It's soybean powder. I think of it like misutgaru. Since it’s soybeans, it has a high protein content."
