The group Rescene's "LOVE ATTACK" is showing remarkable momentum.
Rescene (Won-i, Liv, Minami, Mei, and Jena) released their first mini-album "SCENEDROME" in August last year, and the title track "LOVE ATTACK" is charting back up, rising to 131st place on Korea's major music chart Melon as of the 7th.
In particular, "LOVE ATTACK" has been rediscovered on various social media, showing a steep rise despite being released 7 months ago. After lingering at 967th place on the Melon daily chart on Feb. 16, "LOVE ATTACK" has made a comeback to 131st place in about three weeks, achieving remarkable success with a daily listener count of 31,620.
Rescene's comeback is not the first. The group's "LOVE ATTACK" topped the Spotify Daily Viral Songs chart in Korea about a month after its release last year, and caused a resurgence by re-entering the Bugs Music real-time chart TOP 100.
"LOVE ATTACK"'s highest ranking on the Melon daily chart is 112th, and as it continues to show a steady upward trend, attention is focused on whether it can surpass this mark and set a new personal best.
Rescene's mini-album "SCENEDROME" was selected as one of the 'Best K-Pop Albums of 2024' by Billboard, and the title track "LOVE ATTACK" was named among the 'Top 10 K-Pop Songs that Heated Up 2024' by Grammy.com.
Meanwhile, Rescene recently concluded their official activities, achieving their career high with the second mini-album "Glow Up."
