Pop star Justin Bieber's new video featuring his bizarre rap has raised concerns among fans.

He shared the video on his Instagram on the 26th (Korean time), in which he is seen in an airplane with a friend, shirtless, singing a strange song while holding a bag of chips.

Bieber, with a vacant stare, rapped, "I like guys like Paris, soaring high like a magpie, rising up high like that guy." He was shirtless, wearing a navy beanie along with Calvin Klein underwear and oversized jeans.

His vacant gaze and monotone speech were enough to worry fans. This video came two days after his spokesperson denied that he was using drugs and claimed that his appearance changes (emaciated and hollowed eyes) were due to sleeplessness from parenting his son.

"It's really sad to see this," "He desperately needs help! Justin, you are truly loved!" "His gaze is reminiscent of Britney's," "Is this a result of parenting?" "I will pray for your recovery," were among the concerned reactions.

Earlier, his spokesperson told TMZ, "The repeated rumors that Justin is using hard drugs are entirely false. In fact, he is in one of the happiest places in his life. He is currently focusing on actively parenting his son with his wife, Hailey Bieber, and creating new music."

Bieber has appeared noticeably frail and pale in recent weeks, raising concerns about his physical and mental health. Additionally, he attended his wife Hailey Bieber's skincare popup store opening event in Los Angeles, where in a video shared on social media, he was seen unnaturally laughing uncontrollably while meeting a fan. He also moved his legs restlessly during the conversation. "This is too hard to watch. Someone help him," "Something is clearly wrong," were among the worrying responses. Many fans speculated that Bieber had lost significant weight due to parenting, but concerns are heightened as he previously experienced health issues such as facial paralysis. Meanwhile, a source noted, "Hailey is deeply worried about her husband's mood, work, and diet. She is contemplating where to seek help. She cannot ask his family for assistance, nor can she do the same with her own. Both of them have experienced a sense of alienation from them." Moreover, Bieber married Hailey Bieber in 2018. The couple announced their pregnancy last May, six years after their marriage, and welcomed their son, Jack Blues Bieber, in August of the same year. Recently, rumors of divorce circulated when Bieber unfollowed Hailey's account; however, he clarified, "Someone accessed my account and unfollowed my wife."
