Actress Lee Soo-mi collaborates with IU in the Netflix series "Bokssak Sogassuda."

The Netflix series "Bokssak Sogassuda" (written by Lim Sang-chun, directed by Kim Won-seok) tells the life full of adventures of "the feisty rebel" Ae-soon (played by IU) and "the foolish iron" Gwan-sik (played by Park Bogum) over four seasons. Lee Soo-mi will portray Ae-soon's haenyeo aunt Yang-im, offering warm and cheerful energy.

Lee Soo-mi, who has built her acting skills on numerous theater stages, established herself as a reliable actress by winning the acting award at the 55th Dong-A Theater Awards for the play "Texas Gomo" in 2019.
