The group THE BOYZ has proven its reputation as a 'performance hot spot' in Japan.
THE BOYZ successfully concluded 'THE B LAND in JAPAN' held at the Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo from 22nd to 24th, heating up the Japanese archipelago.
Opening the fan concert in Japan with the debut song 'Boy', THE BOYZ pleasantly greeted fans they hadn't seen in a while and started their performance comfortably. They showcased refreshing and energetic appearances in a section connecting 'Nectar', 'Re-Wind', 'Bump & Love', and 'Blah Blah'.
A game segment that highlighted the members' cheerful personalities was also held. This included popular local challenges, famous lines, and stages that fans wanted to see. Notably, choreography from Japanese release songs and long-time served tracks was included, receiving enthusiastic responses from fans.
When the stage for 'THRILL RIDE' and the VCR featuring the 11 princesses that became a hot topic during the Korea concert were revealed, fans filled the venue with thunderous cheers and support. This was followed by covers of 'Roar', 'IGLOO' by Sangyeon, Juyeon, New, and 'Whiplash' by Jacob, Younghoon, Q, and Eric, culminating in the highlight of the performance.
Especially on the second day, a birthday event for member Kevin took place. They shared a meaningful day singing in Korean with the local audience, and after the stage for 'TRIGGER', the highlight of the fan concert in Japan was revealed, with a surprise appearance in outfits reminiscent of princes, not the princess costumes in the previous VCR.
Riding on a parade car, they went around the venue performing 'Dancing Till We Drop', 'Fire Eyes', 'Bloom Bloom', and 'Shanghai Romance' without a break, reaching the peak of excitement.
Presenting the final section with performances of 'Last Kiss' and 'White', THE BOYZ expressed gratitude to the fans who cheered enthusiastically throughout the concert, saying, "When you call our names and support us like this, we want to show you our 120%. Please remember that THE BOYZ is your fan just as you are ours!"
On the third day, member Sangyeon, who is about to enlist in the military, delivered a deeply moving message, saying, "I felt so happy during the concert that I wished it wouldn't end." He also expressed, "Thank you for filling the venue with love over these three days. We will return with even better appearances!" The warm atmosphere continued as THE BOYZ completed another precious memory with 'Shout it out' as the ending.
Earlier, THE BOYZ received great love for their elaborate staging, VCRs, and meticulous arrangements during their fan concert in Seoul. As a result, they expanded their schedule in Japan by adding an extra day, and all three shows concluded successfully, once again proving their title as a 'performance hot spot.'
Moreover, throughout the concert in Japan, THE BOYZ made efforts to communicate in Japanese, and fans responded with enthusiastic Korean cheering, creating moments that broke down communication barriers, making this concert even more special, concluding a meaningful three days.
THE BOYZ has confirmed the release of their third full-length album 'Unexpected' on March 17 and will continue to build excitement by releasing various teaser contents.
