The grants of ‘Roundtable Lawyers’ Tak Jae-hoon unfolded his philosophy of life.
The second client introduced during the recent filming of SBS Life’s ‘Roundtable Lawyers’ episode 7 was a 35-year-old wife with a 2-month-old baby who has been married for 5 years. She wanted to pursue not only a divorce from her husband but also an annulment of marriage, mental damages, and child support.
The grants of ‘Roundtable Lawyers’ cast members made predictions about the client's reasons for divorce and suspected the husband's infidelity. Tak Jae-hoon expressed, “If you only think one-sidedly, it becomes a prejudice,” and noted, “In fact, when predicting the reasons for divorce and hearing the story, it turns out to be completely different. Even if it’s infidelity, it’s so full of twists and turns that it makes me nervous.”
Lawyer Yang Na-rae began recounting the story from the client's first meeting with her husband. According to Lawyer Yang Na-rae, the client met her husband through volunteer work at an orphanage. Since he is 10 years older and often travels for work, he does all the household chores, including cooking and laundry, when they spend time together, and they have never had a fight. Furthermore, the client's mother-in-law reportedly took good care of her.
Hearing this, Tak Jae-hoon said, “It seems a bit scary when life flows smoothly like water or goes as expected.” Lee Ji-hye also added, “When I started this program, I thought the story was so good. It's not like the place where the client and her husband met was a club; it was a volunteer activity,” and Tak Jae-hoon expressed his curiosity, saying, “To be honest, she’s a person who is hundreds of times more stable than us, so what’s the problem?”
The reason the client intends to pursue an annulment rather than a divorce can be confirmed through episode 7 of ‘Roundtable Lawyers.’ ‘Roundtable Lawyers’ is a divorce-themed entertainment program that analyzes real divorce cases and works towards resolution. Episode 7 of ‘Roundtable Lawyers’ will be broadcast on the 24th at 8:40 p.m. on SBS Life and SBS Plus.
