The Netflix series 'Squid Game' Season 3 reached global No. 1 just one day after its release.
According to FlixPatrol, a global OTT ranking aggregation site, 'Squid Game 3' ranked as the world’s No. 1 in the Netflix TV programs institutional sector as of the previous day. In terms of countries, it achieved the top spot in all 93 countries where FlixPatrol aggregates rankings, including the United States and the United Kingdom.

Released on the 27th, 'Squid Game 3' depicts the story of Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), who returns to the game after failing the rebellion in the previous work. It contains the fate of Gi-hun, who lost his closest friend in the game he re-entered with his own purpose, and the Frontman (Lee Byeong-hun), who concealed his identity while lurking in the game, as well as the remaining participants in that cruel game.
Season 1 of 'Squid Game,' which was first released in 2021, became the most popular series in Netflix history. Season 2, which was released last year, also set the record for the highest viewership in the first week of release, marking the third most popular series in Netflix's history.
