The Korea Public Relations Association announced on the 26th that it will regularly operate the 'Sentence of the Month' campaign starting in July.

This event is a public interest campaign aimed at systematically discovering and sharing social messages used in the field of public relations, in order to share the value of empathy and responsibility inherent in PR language with society.

'Sentence of the Month' will be selected based on sentences submitted by the 22nd of each month, and participants can submit entries by filling out a specified form and sending it via email. The submission form can be downloaded from the Korea Public Relations Association website. Selected sentences will be announced at the end of each month through the association's website and media reports.

Eligible participants include employees of communication departments in major domestic corporations and public institutions, practitioners from PR and advertising agencies, and those involved in the PR industry. In addition to the parties involved, recommendations from outsiders or sentences from third parties can also be accepted.

Recommended sentences should include advertising copy, CEO speeches, contributions from executives and experts, customer messages, brand slogans, etc., and must embody the values of social public interest, empathy, solidarity, and responsibility. The campaign evaluation will be conducted by a panel of judges consisting of Commissioners from the Korea Public Relations Association's Sustainability Committee and experts in related fields.

Jo Yeong-seok, the president of the Korea Public Relations Association, said, "Through sentences utilized in the practices of corporations and institutions, we aim to illuminate the essence and social value of PR," and expressed hope that this campaign will be successfully established under the slogan "A small beginning that changes words and text!"
