The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on the 18th that it will support the program operation and promotional activities of 131 domestic publishers participating in the '2025 Seoul International Book Fair' in collaboration with the Korea Publishing Culture Industry Promotion Agency. The 67th 'Seoul International Book Fair' will be held from the 18th to the 22nd at COEX A Hall and B1 Hall in Seoul.

Publishers participating in the book fair can receive support for author events and reader experience activities. They will also receive support for booth operation equipment and online and offline promotions. A total of 131 publishers will receive support, including 80 individual booth participants, 42 cooperative booths, and 9 village book participants.

Additionally, support will be provided for 100 publishers and agencies from 30 countries participating in the 'K-Book Copyright Market' from the 16th to the 18th, facilitating exchanges with domestic publishers, promoting Korean publications, and assisting with additional export consultations during the book fair.

Representative programs supported this year include the literary webzine Lim’s 'Yun-bin X Silly Lab: 3D Media Art Experience: An art experience program in game format co-created by authors and media artists,' and Humanities Walk’s 'Royal Palace Landscape Drawing: A program for painting the beautiful scenery of the palace in watercolor by applying a coloring book.'
