BLACKPINK's Rosé has made it onto the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 main singles chart for 34 consecutive weeks with the song 'Apartment' (APT.), which features U.S. pop star Bruno Mars. This surpasses the 33 weeks set by BTS's Jimin with his solo second album title track 'Who,' breaking the longest record in K-pop history.
Rosé's 'Apartment' recorded the same rank of 24th in the latest chart released on the 17th (local time). The song has gained steady popularity since first entering the Hot 100 in October of last year. It garnered attention through collaboration with Bruno Mars, debuting at No. 8 on the Hot 100 and experiencing a viral rise to No. 3 this year. This marks the highest record for a female K-pop artist.
