The Tony Award-winning musical 'Maybe Happy Ending' will hold its 10th anniversary performance in Korea this October.
NHN Link announced on the 9th that it will hold the 10th anniversary performance of 'Maybe Happy Ending' at the Doosan Art Center's Yeongang Hall in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on October 30. NHN Link operates the ticket reservation site Ticketlink and invested in the Broadway production of 'Maybe Happy Ending.' It currently holds the rights for the domestic performance.
'Maybe Happy Ending' is set in a near-future Korea. It tells the story of robots 'Oliver' and 'Claire,' who were created to assist humans, as they fall in love. The musical premiered in South Korea in 2016 and officially opened on Broadway at the Belasco Theatre in Manhattan, New York, in November last year.
On the 1st, at the Drama Desk Awards held at the Skirball Center in downtown Manhattan, New York, it received awards for outstanding musical, direction, music, lyrics, book, and set design.
