The Korean Cultural Center in Turkey announced on the 20th that it held the 'Caravan Korean Culture Day Event' in three cities in Turkey from the 12th to the 16th.
This event has been held since 2013 to promote cultural exchange between Korea and Turkey and to introduce Korean culture, and it has taken place in 66 of Turkey's 81 provinces to date.
This year's event included side activities where participants could experience traditional Korean games and hanbok, as well as performances of traditional liability dance, K-pop dance, and K-ballad.
Jeon Seung-cheol, the director of the cultural center, noted, 'In the future, we will continue to strive to ensure that the Korean Wave can sustainably spread in Turkey, holding the belief that what is most Korean is most universal.'
