On the 15th, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that it will implement the '2025 Korea Round Culture' project to support exchanges between domestic and international cultural and artistic organizations in collaboration with the Korea International Cultural Exchange Foundation.

This year, the collaborating countries are nine: Germany, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Japan, China, and France. A total of seven performances and three exhibition collaboration projects will be conducted in the fields of dance, traditional arts, theater, and multidisciplinary arts. Each project is set to take place in both Korea and the partner countries.

First, the Seoul Museum of Art and the Abu Dhabi Cultural Foundation (ADMAF) will hold an exchange exhibition of their collections. From the 16th to June 30, works by renowned contemporary Korean artists such as Nam June Paik, Lee Bul, and Yang Haegyu will be displayed at 'Manarat Al Saadiyat' in Abu Dhabi, with exhibitions of representative works from the first to third generations of contemporary art from the United Arab Emirates taking place at the Seoul Museum of Art in December.

In the first half of the year, the Busan International Dance Festival organizing committee will collaborate with the French 'Hervé Koubi Company' to perform the joint Korean and French dance creation 'No Matter.'

In the second half of the year, a joint Korean and Austrian dance piece titled 'Dancing miners' will be presented in August. In October, performances will include a collaboration between Korean and Japanese traditional music, dance, and theater titled 'Cheoyong, Crossing the Sea,' a Korean and Singaporean jazz collaboration, and a dance work 'The First Dance' by the An Aesoon Company in association with the Italian 'Fabrica Europa Foundation.'
